Relationships run on trust. Kinsō keeps yours intact.

Relationship clarity

Know who matters
and when to reach out

Every investor, advisor, and partner you care about — visible at a glance. Kinsō tracks connection cadence so you never let a critical relationship go cold without realizing it.

  • Heat map by relationship — Color-coded recency so warm, cooling, and cold contacts are obvious without digging through a spreadsheet.
  • Custom relationship types — Investors, angels, advisors, media, partners — each with context that matters for that type of relationship.
  • Private notes, always yours — Every interaction logged privately. No syncing to email without your explicit intent.

Interaction history

Every conversation,
in context

A full timeline of every meeting, email, and introduction for each person in your network. No more archaeology through your inbox before a catch-up call.

  • Log interactions in seconds — Quick-add meetings, emails, and intros from anywhere. Context stays with the relationship, not the task.
  • Next-touch suggestions — Based on your cadence preferences, Kinsō surfaces who to reach out to — you decide when and how.
  • Zero auto-sends — Kinsō drafts and reminds. You review and send. Your relationships stay yours.

Fundraising pipeline

Your raise,
exactly where it stands

Track every investor conversation from first intro to term sheet. Know at a glance what stage each relationship is at, who needs a nudge, and where momentum is building.

  • Stage-based pipeline — Move investors through Targeting → Intro → Meeting → Diligence → Committed. No spreadsheet juggling.
  • Intro path tracking — Record who made the intro, the strength of the connection, and what follow-up is needed — all linked to the relationship.
  • Target list management — Build your investor hit list with research notes, fund stage fit, and priority scoring — private and founder-controlled.

"My investors used to feel like obligations I was behind on. Now they feel like a network I'm actively building. That shift happened because I could finally see the whole picture."

“Kinsō replaced a Notion doc, a spreadsheet, and three sticky notes. It's the first tool that treats relationships like the founder actually cares about them.”

Dev Anand Fieldwork AI · Sequoia-backed

“The timeline view alone is worth it. I walked into my last board meeting and knew exactly when each investor had last heard from me.”

Caro Mbuyi Stackr · First Round Capital

“I've used every CRM. Kinsō is the first one that doesn't feel like it was built for a sales team.”

Questions

Things founders
ask us first

How is Kinsō different from a CRM like Salesforce or HubSpot?

Those tools are built for sales teams managing high-volume pipelines with many reps. Kinsō is built specifically for founders managing high-trust, low-volume relationships — investors, advisors, and partners who require genuine, deliberate communication. There are no automated sequences, no lead scoring, no bulk sends.

Does Kinsō sync with my email or calendar automatically?

Kinsō can import contact data and interaction history from Gmail, but it never sends anything automatically. Every draft is for your review. You stay in control of every message that leaves your account.

Is my data private? Can competitors or investors see my pipeline?

Your relationship data is private by design. Kinsō operates under SOC 2 Type II standards, and your data is never used to train models or shared with third parties. Your investor list, notes, and pipeline are yours alone.

Can I import my existing contacts from a spreadsheet?

Yes. Kinsō accepts CSV imports and can pull contacts from LinkedIn exports, Google Contacts, and other CRMs. Onboarding takes most founders under 30 minutes.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export all your data in CSV format at any time. If you cancel, you have 30 days to export before your account is closed. We do not hold your data hostage.

Is there a mobile app?

Kinsō is fully responsive and works well on mobile browsers. A native iOS app is in development for Q2 2025. Log interactions on the go — this is one of the most requested features.
